A programme to familiarise yourself with the way contemporary French companies function. This programme provides knowledge to prepare for the the official Diplôme de Français Professionnel DFP Tourisme et Hôtellerie B1/B2.
Improve your command of general French as well as your confidence in business contexts through specialised lessons. Familiarise yourself with the way contemporary French companies function (business documents/communication…).
Learn about specific language used in the hotel industry and tourism sectors. Progress in general French and learn about the specific language used in the hotel and tourism sector: travel package preparation, trip reservations, arranging hotel accommodation, clarifying terms and conditions, billing.
